Requests
It is hoped that many more photographs and
documents will be forthcoming. In particular, the following areas need attention:
"Classmates" page - Most of the
"recent" photos were gleaned from snapshots taken at the 2009 reunion.
Some are from pictures taken at the 2004 reunion, because no picture was available for
them from the 2009 reunion. Many pictures are missing, several are not as flattering
as we know our classmates to be, and all are out of date. Please send a recent
digital photograph of your choice to replace the current picture or to fill the blank
space where your picture should be.
Biographical information is another
deficiency on the "Classmates" page. For lack of any other source, the
personal information provided for the 2004 reunion was used initially and has since been
supplemented with links to the biographies published in the 2009 Pollen Count.
If you would like to replace or revise your current biography, please send an
updated bio in any format.
"Classroom Photos" page - About
two-third of the classroom pictures are currently represented. Please dig into those
stacks of photos that you've been saving all these years and share them with your
classmates. (See the "About" page for technical
details for scanning photographs.)
"Memorabilia" page - This is a
wide open area, and anything goes. If you have pictures from the past that are
related to our collective school experience and you think they may interest your
classmates, send them in. What we need most are pictures from graduation and the
graduation parties, The Splurge, and photos taken over the years from around the campus.
Please be sure that each picture includes at least one person from the class or
that it has some other relevance to the class of 1959.
